Panduan mengempiskan perut

Salam..

SEMUA wanita pasti mengidamkan perut yang kempis dan bebas dari sebarang benjolan lemak. Namun, pemakanan dan gaya hidup hari ini yang semakin diabaikan, ramai wanita mengalami masalah perut buncit.


Ada enam panduan boleh dicuba wanita yang impikan perut kempis.
Lengkapkan hidangan harian dengan sekurang-kurangnya semangkuk buah-buahan. Vitamin yang terkandung dalam buahan segar bukan saja baik untuk kulit malah mengandungi fiber untuk melancarkan sistem perkumuhan.
Selalunya terlupa nak makan buah-buahan.. sebab perut dah kenyang makan nasik.. kalau dah sembelit baru terhegeh-hegeh nak makan buah..
Minum banyak air kerana air tidak mengandungi kalori tapi bersifat mengenyangkan dan melancarkan sistem metabolisme tubuh.
Yang ini selalu diamalkan.. sebab bila menyusu anak.. badan sentiasa
Amalkan cara duduk tegak kerana apabila duduk dalam keadaan membongkok, perut bahagian bawah akan kelihatan lebih besar. Untuk melatih otot sentiasa kencang, amalkan mengemut otot perut ketika sedang duduk. Kemudian tarik bahu ke belakang dan dagu ke atas. Sandarkan punggung bawah dekat pada penyandar kerusi. Amalan ini membantu membaiki postur badan anda.
Yang ni selalu kantoi..
Lakukan semua kerja rumah sendiri seperti membersihkan rumah, mengemas kamar tidur atau ketika menonton televisyen, anda boleh melakukan aktiviti mengangkat beban. Ia bukan saja dapat membakar 350 kalori sejam tapi turut membakar lemak yang berkumpul pada perut anda.
Yang ini dah memang kerja saya..
Lakukan senaman latih tubi di rumah ketika mempunyai waktu terluang. Caranya sangat mudah sama ada ketika atau sebelum tidur. Cukup sekadar 10 hingga 15 kiraan setiap hari.
Tekan tubi.. ooo.. tidak sanggup.. nanti sakit satu badan.. hehehe.. nampak sangat tak pernah bersenam.. hanya bersenang-senang sahaja..
Hindari minuman beralkohol. Ia mungkin tidak mengandungi lemak namun mempunyai kandungan kalori yang tinggi. Minuman beralkohol juga menyebabkan peningkatan pengeluaran hormon kortisol menyebabkan perut bahagian bawah menjadi buncit.
